Holly Gamba! Live Concert with Andrew Sanders

Andrew Saunders will be playing two solo suites by the mid-17th century French master of the viole (viola da gamba), Monsieur de Sainte-Colombe. A somber and dramatic suite in d-minor, and an uplifting C-Major suite will be set amongst ricerchare for solo viola da gamba by mid-16th century Italian violist da gamba Silvestro Ganassi dal Fontego, and English viol playing sailor from the turn of the 17th century, Captain Tobias Hume‘s Musical Humours.
