* Building better doesn’t always cost more. The goal is to build higher performance in the design, construction, and operation of the home.

* High Performance represents a process that exceeds a customer’s expectations and reduces your risk by building durability and health into every home.

* Learn ways to optimize choices for incorporating innovation into the home. Energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and exceptional comfort building your brand.

* Understand the pitfalls of not following a systems approach to planning ahead to meet Title 24 changes.

Come to Hayward Lumber’s Design Center and spend time meeting other builders learning the best ways to evolve your business. How do you integrate improvements in performance with a right-sized HVAC system? How do you choose which weather management system you should use based on the cladding types and location? Which windows will meet the requirements of title 24 when the client wants lots of glass? We will discuss how to train your trades to better understand the changes they will be seeing in the years ahead.
