Pico at the Los Alamos General Store continues the series “Explore the Central Coast Winemakers” on September 30, 2021.
Seating for the three-course paired meal is available by reservation from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
The sixth winery featured in the Pico wine dinner series is Presqu’ile with winemaker Dieter Cronje, pairing their Sparkling Brut Cuvee, NV, Presqu’ile Vineyard Chardonnay, 2018 and their Presqu’ile Syrah, 2017.
Pico chef John Wayne Formica has planned a unique three-course menu that perfectly fits with each wine following Pico’s ethic of simple ingredients, sourced from local farms committed to sustainable practices.
