Join us for Innerlight, a journey that combines Yin Yoga and somatic practices to help you reconnect with the aliveness within. Together we’ll practice somatic exercises, deep presence and soften into gentle yet profound Yin stretches. You’ll be guided to release tension, connection deeply within and cultivate a sense of ease throughout your body.  This workshop invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and attune to your inner energy, leaving you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and fully connected to your body’s wisdom.

Yin yoga is a work-in, more than a work-out. Yin yoga is practiced primarily on the floor with a variety of props to promote ease during the longer (3-5 minute) holds. Benefits of Yin Yoga include strengthening the resilience of the nervous system, supporting joint health and mobility and harmonizing energy flow in the body. Paired with somatic practices such as a gentle breath work and body-scans, this immersive experience is designed to bring you home to your body and help you connect with your innate light.

Ideal for all levels seeking to rejuvenate and nourish from the inside out.
