Interactive Dining Experience with Doug & Pete

Margerum Wine Company and Pete Clements Catering invite you to an interactive evening of food and wine. This is not a traditional dining experience! Guests are encouraged to get out of their seats, see the action, take pictures, and get to know the Chef and Winemaker. The kitchen is steps from your table.

Seating is communal, offering diners the opportunity to connect with fellow food and drink enthusiasts. Doug Margerum will be on hand taking guests through wine pairings. Throughout the evening, Chef Pete Clements will speak about the courses, offer culinary tips and anecdotes.  

A combination of ingredients at their peak of flavor paired with creative minds and innovative techniques in food and wine results in a truly unique culinary experience and an unforgettable dinner party among old friends and new acquaintances.
