In its 4th season, the International Fine Arts Film Festival will screen 16 films outside at the Santa Barbara Center for Arts Science & Technology (SBCAST).
Flims will be short, from 3 minutes to 35 minutes and include narratives, documentaries, experimental and dance, which will also incompass these genres. From a documentary/mural on the California Carrizo Plain to a deepsea-diver in Spain posing as Superman; and a puppeteer telling an ancient Japanese tale about the sun goddess to a congo dance to tell of Africa. The IFAFF has something for everyone.
