Your Local Humble Diva, Hawaiian Latina!

Luminesse is an engaging and dynamic songwriter, musician, artist, teacher and creative director. With upbeat gospel tones, every note Luminesse sings is a breath of warmth, nourishing the weary sadness of the soul. She serenades us with a resonance that honors the celebratory aspect of the healing voyage, moving through poignant depths and angelic highs.

Jess Bush

Born into a musical family, Jess Bush took her first piano lesson at the age of seven and was instantly hooked. Inspired by the musical open heart surgery of legends like Carole King, Stevie Nicks, Joni Mitchell, and Brandi Carlile, her knack for raw, honest lyricism and soulful piano composition converge to create an unmistakably earnest sound somewhere in the neighborhood of Americana Folk Rock. In addition to her work as a solo artist, Jess has provided keys, synth, and vocals for The Mystos (voted Ventura County’s Best New Artist), and other bands including The Remedies, Wild Coast, The Brave Kind, Jacob Cole, Maliah, and more.

Carly Powers

Carly Powers is a singer-songwriter from Goleta, CA. She has been performing locally (and beyond) for the past 15 years. You might have more recently seen her and her ukulele in local folk duo, The Brambles.

Alex Rose

Alex Rose is a self taught singer and guitar player who grew up in Palm Springs, CA. Music runs in her blood as her mother is a jazz singer and older brother a rock musician. She is a recent UCSB grad and now works as a guitar and voice teacher for kids. Her musical influences are Amy Winehouse, Summer Walker, and SZA to name a few.

M Dance:

Miriam Dance is a singer & songwriter and performer of all genres from soul to rock to musical theater. Miriam released two EP’s “Heartstrings” and most recently “I AM Rose” to all digital music platforms. Miriam is also the Director of Visual and Performing Arts at the Riviera Ridge School

Bradberri

Bradberri is the new solo project of Lindsey Marie, a singer songwriter and Santa Barbara native. Her eclectic mix of lyrics and storytelling is a driving force in her music only accentuated by her vocal tone and work ethic. Inspired by a myriad of artists; Phoenix, SZA, Beach House, Odesza, and Billie Holiday, to name a few, her music is a reflection and molding of genres. She released her album Good Girl in 2020, toured internationally last summer and had her festival debut at Wonderfront Festival in November. This is the second showcase she has put together this year with the hopes of connecting local female musicians with one another.
