During his lecture, “It’s Never Too Late for Lifestyle Medicine,” Dr. Bermejo will discuss how simple lifestyle changes—at any age—can help prevent and treat chronic disease and help people feel better every day. In this talk, Dr. Bermejo will explore the six main pillars of Lifestyle Medicine—healthy eating, regular exercise, good sleep, managing stress, avoiding harmful substances, and building strong social connections—and see why each one matters for a person’s wellbeing. Whether already having medical condition or simply wanting to stay energized and happy as years go by, attendees will learn how even small steps can lead to meaningful improvements in health and longevity.
