In the last two years Joss Jaffe & Jim Kimo West have become close friends and have been recording together.
Jim Kimo West master of Ki Ho’alu, Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar, for which he won a Grammy Award for best New Age Album in 2021!
The have released 4 singles together and are extremely excited for their full length album which is being released in May.
To celebrate the launch they are doing a live intimate performance at The Sacred Space. It’s an incredible opportunity, in our small venue. which is limited to just 45 people.
Joss Jaffe is a musician, producer, and vocalist, and talented composer. He is tabla player and multi-instrumentalist. As a composer and producer he has created innovative and critically acclaimed albums such as Svarra Mandala, Echoystem and Dub Mantra. He recently had a record in the top 10 In Billboard Magazine.
Montino Bourbon is a musician, producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. He is a master of the sound current. He is a lineage holder of Classical Indian Music from Beenkar Gharana and studied with Ustad Ali Akbar Khan for twelve years. He has performed and taught in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has conducted several trips to India researching the origins of Sacred Trance Music. His work with healing combines the ancient principles of Raga with contemporary instruments. He has recorded many albums.
