SWAY,sip, munch, dance and float away on the musical notes of Cinema Tango. Award-winning artists (pictured here) Camila Lima,soprano, and Ruy Folguera, composer, will create an unforgettable, romantically themed night to include music from films, opera and yes, tango. This is only the second in a series of planned La LoCA Milonga’s (a crazy party) under the stars.
Cool Fact: Ruy and Alejandra are siblings.
La Loca Milonga brings you a second installment of the highly successful combo of an evening of Tango with Live Music and Dancing at Buena Onda.
Camila’s beautiful voice and clear artistic expression has been honored with numerous awards, including 1st place at Carnegie Hall in 2018. Ruy is a film composer that has among his credits original and collaborative work in the Rush Hour trilogy (collaboration with Lalo Schifrin, Golden Globe Best Music), Nina (original score), and most recently One Night in Miami (supporting original music), and was awarded Best Music Award in Argentina for Gangs of Rosario and Best Song for Zapata among other distinctions.
