Weekly Compassion and Mindful Meditation led by highly experienced teacher, Radhule Weininger Ph.D.,and other experienced meditation teachers.
Note also weekly Compassion and Mindful Meditation held at St Michael’s University Church 7 pm Mondays and at The Sacred Space in Summerland on Thursdays at 6 pm. Solidarity and Compassion Project meetings second Wednesday monthly at the Unitarian Society at 7 pm (see website for topic and speakers). Always free and all welcome.
