Little Dom's Seafood
It’s officially peak Crawfish season! To celebrate, Little Dom’s Seafood is hosting its fifth annual crawfish boil on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00pm (reservations here).
Inspired by his New Orleans roots, Co-Owner and Executive Chef Brandon Boudet brings a touch of NOLA to Carpinteria. Drawing from childhood memories of family gatherings centered around freshly boiled crawfish, Chef Brandon and his team continue the tradition today, annually hosting crawfish boils that showcase Big Easy–inspired specials. Little Dom’s Seafood even flies in live crawfish from Louisiana to preserve the authenticity of a traditional boil, alongside sourcing produce from local Carpinteria farmers and purveyors for that California touch.
The Crawfish Boil takes place in the restaurant’s outdoor parking lot, complete with newspaper-lined picnic tables, specialty cocktails, locally sourced wines, and beer. The menu features:
- Crawfish by the pound
- Crawfish Monica
- Cup of Gumbo
- Jambalaya Balls with Creole Mustard
- Alligator Meatballs with Creole Mustard
Have no fear…the restaurant’s a la carte breakfast and lunch menus are available during both crawfish boils as well, should guests like to order additional dishes and beverages.
