Little Dom’s Seafood is firing up the pit for a day of smoky flavors, cold pours, and good vibes. On Saturday, August 22, from 12 p.m.–5 p.m., the restaurant is hosting a classic summer Pig Roast in collaboration with RZN Wines and Coyote’s Market for a celebration of both the summer season and supporting local businesses!
Throughout the day, guests can enjoy summer BBQ-inspired dishes for a la carte purchase alongside the regular menu. Highlights include: slow-roasted pork, BBQ oysters, basil butter corn, fresh cracklins, and pulled pork sandwiches topped with Coyote’s Market signature BBQ sauce. The afternoon will also feature pours from RZN Wines, whose “Less Is More” philosophy embraces minimal intervention to showcase the true character of each vintage, alongside Coyote’s Market, a champion of California’s local food community known for curating artisan pantry staples, cookware, and goods from small producers.
