Executive Chef of Little Dom’s Seafood and iconic Los Angeles institution Little Dom’s, Chef Brandon Boudet, is excited to welcome Michelin-starred and James Beard Award–winning Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson of Frasca Hospitality Group for a one-night-only culinary collaboration. On Wednesday, May 20 at 6:30pm, the evening will spotlight the flavors of Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region through a California lens, celebrating seasonality, craftsmanship, and a shared love of Italian cuisine.
Drawing inspiration from Chef Lachlan’s cookbook Friuli Food and Wine, the multi-course menu will reinterpret recipes from the book using peak California ingredients, alongside Chef Brandon’s signature culinary style. The experience will be complemented by curated wine pairings and intimate, on-site conversations with both chefs.
Tickets are $125 per guest (including five courses with four wine pairings, excluding tax and gratuity), or $155 with a copy of the Frasca cookbook.
