This decadent evening features a communal Lobster Boil where guests can clink glasses and enjoy a curated flight of rosé wines from Paradise Springs Winery, perfectly paired to complement each course. Priced at $95 per person, the menu includes an amuse of Lobster Tortellini in Brodo, indulgent mains like Rosemary Bacon Biscuits and Truffle Lobster Mac and Cheese, and the grand communal boil including tails, claws, shrimp, clams, mussels, sausage, potato, and corn.
