Gentle, mindful walk to connect with nature with certified guide Tamara Murray of Santa Barbara Nature Connection Walks. Shortened to fit into your weekday lunch break!

Join us among the oaks at Rocky Nook Park in Santa Barbara for a lunch-break-length walk. Nature connection walks, sometimes referred to as forest bathing, are gentle, mindful walks inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku and are associated with health and well-being.

  • You’ll receive invitations to connect with nature using your senses and we’ll close with tea
  • Safe, welcoming space for people from all walks of life
  • Unlike a hike or naturalist walk, there’s no mountain to climb or scientific names to learn
  • You’ll receive reminders about what to bring (water, sun protection, etc.) in advance

Limited to a small group of participants. Advance registration required. Register online here.
