Pierre Claeyssens Veterans Foundation and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1649 invite you to join them in honoring the men and women in uniform who proudly serve their country. This FREE event is on Monday, May 27, 2024 at 11:00 am sharp at the Santa Barbara Cemetery (901 Channel Drive., Santa Barbara, CA 93108). Attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
The open air ceremony includes presentations and performances by the UCSB ROTC Color Guard; Gold Coast Pipe & Drum Band; David Gonzales and the Santa Barbara Choral Society, The Prime Time Band, and a flyover by The Condor Squadron.
Keynote Speaker: Captain J. Charles Plumb who completed 74 successful combat missions before being shot down over Hanoi and spending nearly six years in captivity.
