Mid-Winter Break Kids Art Camp

Calling all mid-winter-breakers! This February think outside the box and into the world of color and creativity! Each day will include a morning creative project followed with an afternoon guided painting. Participants may choose to join for one day or (at a discounted rate) for all five days. Geared toward children ages 7-13, we provide space and guidance for kids to freely create, learn different skills in various mediums and build self-confidence. SCHEDULED PROJECTS & GUIDED PAINTING SUBJECTS ARE LISTED BELOW Monday, February 18: Space Gak! project & afternoon guided painting of the beloved alpaca Tuesday, February 19: Paper-weaving art & afternoon guided painting of a rhinoceros Wednesday, February 20: Kaleidoscope making & guided painting of an ostrich Thursday, February 21: Alma Thomas expressionist art project & guided painting of a narwhal Friday February 22: Pastel art making & guided painting of a bearded dragon Camps are from 10 am -2:30 pm and held at our new SOLVANG studio located at 1669 Fir Ave, Unit 3 (behind Valley Hardware) As always all materials provided, we just ask that your child bring a sack lunch and water bottle
