Mother – Daughter Circle with Lindsey Batsford

This monthly offering is a sweet space for Mothers and Daughters to come connect with the intention to remember the simple sacredness of gathering in a circle as women.

The format will include intention setting, sharing, joining our hearts and voices in song, having fun with dance/ movement, reflection / journaling, and ritual to close the circle.

Girls will learn through our modeling the skill of listening & holding space while also stepping into the vulnerability of sharing what’s on the heart.
