Celebrate Mother’s Day with an unforgettable brunch at San Ysidro Ranch, where this time of year, fragrant gardens of lavender, rose, citrus, and rosemary bloom under canopies of sycamore and eucalyptus. The Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch served at the acclaimed Stonehouse Restaurant includes four courses artfully prepared by Executive Chef Matt Johnson and his Michelin-starred team.

Toast to Mom with a glass of Champagne, mimosa, Ty Bellini, or fresh juice while enjoying a basket of house-made baked goods. Starters include Seared Marine Wild Scallops, White Asparagus Soup, Sicilian Burrata Salad, and Coffee-Rubbed Venison Carpaccio. Entrée selections include Prime Center-Cut Filet Mignon Wellington, Colorado Lamb Lion, Citrus-Cured Ora King Salmon Benedict, Manchego-Crusted Alaskan Halibut, and Roasted Garden Vegetable Shakshuka.
