In celebration of the returning collaboration since the pandemic, the Santa Barbara-Kotor, Montenegro Sister City program and the UC Santa Barbara Department of Music, will present the “Music of Friendship” Concert. Current UCSB students Ivan Law (cello) and Karis Lee (viola) will perform with special guests Milutin Radulović (violin) and Milena Petković (violin) on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 12:00pm in Karl Geiringer Hall on the UC Santa Barbara campus.
The program will include works by Joseph Haydn, Antonín Dvořák, and visiting composer, Slobodanka Bobana Dabović Đurić, and current UCSB PhD candidate in composition, Dariush Derakhshani. Admission is free.
