Rev. Jonathan Young, founding curator of the Joseph Campbell Archives will draw on his work with Campbell to explore Anne of Green Gables as a wisdom tale. Format will be storytelling with discussion of possible applications of mythic themes to our own quests.
Information on Dr. Young’s background is posted at the Live Oak website. Writing therapist Anne Bach LMFT will facilitate a writing activity. Bring something to write with. No advance reading is required. This is an introduction to drawing psychological insights from familiar stories. No reservation or ticket required. Just show up.
