Through poignant stories and surprising humor, the film lays out the overwhelming evidence for the importance of the first five years, and reveals how the failure to act on the evidence has resulted in an everyday crisis for American families, and a slow-motion catastrophe for the country.

A discussion panel will convene immediately after the screening, comprised of:

  • Donna B. Fisher, M.A., QASP-M, Executive Director, Storyteller Children’s Cneter
  • Dr. Andria Ruth, Pediatrician, Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics
  • Megan Miller, LCSW ,Mental Health Consultant Coordinator, CALM
  • Greg Jacobs, Director, No Small Matter
