This is where your day exhales. Thursday and Friday evenings as the light goes gold over the water, and Saturday mornings. A beautiful Finnish sauna, perched above the bluffs with a window framing the Pacific. Enjoy 60 minutes of sauna, ocean plunge, and good hang time with up to 10 community members.
Dolphins and Pelicans make a regular appearance. It’s cedar heat and the sound of waves inside. Then, just a two minute walk down to the water for an ocean cold plunge.
A perfect date night. A great way to unwind at the end of a long day. Or a place to connect meaningfully with new people. Learn what social wellness is all about!
To make the most of your session, bring:
– Swimsuit (or come wearing one. Bathroom + shower available on site)
– Small towel to sit on in the sauna + towel to dry off after
– Water bottle (refill station available) You are welcome to stick around after your session to chat, read a book, or hang out.
