SB Free is our community’s first democratic school – a place where teens and staff together develop the curriculum, write the rules, and administer the program. Join us for our Spring Open House! Everyone is welcome– prospective students, interested parents, educators, friends, and family. Come meet our students, teachers, and families! Experience our classes, co-ops, and projects on display. Check out goods for sale by students in our Woodworking Cooperative. Enjoy games and refreshments from our student-led Fundraising Committee. Learn about democratic and self-directed education for teens! SB Free is currently enrolling students aged 12-17 for the 2023/2024 school year.
