Solidarity and Compassion Project

Our children are stressed as never before, violence, gun and climate anxiety, parents financial struggles and working long hours.  Kids are “canaries in the coalmine” showing anxiety, depression and even suicide increase especially among teens.  Find out what role mindfulness and compassion training can provide, not only for our children but for us adults who care for them?  Explore new ways to prepare kids for hopeful futures.
