Alameda Park

A great variety of weight training exercises & cardio drills in the balmy evening air of lovely Alameda Park East. You’ll work with kettlebells & barbells, dumbbells & med balls, elevated steps, hurdles, speed ladders, slide boards, battling ropes–and still more! Plenty of equipment and choices on that equipment to ensure all ages and fitness levels can find their best work out. Overseen by a certified Group X Instructor, and licensed fitness trainer, I am happy to help modify any exercise to accommodate fitness challenges and goals.

Located at the corners of Sola & Garden street, on the Kid’s World side of Alameda Park. Bring water! Sanitizing gel, wipes, & gloves are provided. Cost is 15.-, payable online at https://kardiowithkaren.com, or at park, too. All forms of payment accepted.
