Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first-time shucker, the Clark’s Montecito team will lead you through the art of oyster shucking while you enjoy fresh, locally sourced oysters. Learn tips and tricks to perfect your technique while you sip on perfectly paired wines. Guests are invited to mingle, taste and celebrate the best of the Pacific Ocean and beyond.

A portion of the proceeds from the Taste of Santa Barbara will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
