In response to the devastating earthquake in Colombia, Acme Hospitality’s sister restaurants are coming together to support the communities affected by the disaster and honor Chef Cristian Granada’s home country.
From today August 17th, through Monday, September 7, 2026, Loquita in Santa Barbara and Picala in Los Angeles will feature : PAELLA DE POSTA: paella with a purpose; wagyu beef cheek with panela glaze, wood-fired okra, bomba rice, sofrito, cider-pickled pearl onions and roasted garlic aioli. This special dish brings together California’s Spanish roots and the vibrant flavors of Colombia in service of something greater than the plate itself.
For every Paella de Posta sold, $10 will be donated to World Central Kitchen to support earthquake-relief efforts and help provide meals and assistance to communities in need. Pricing for the paella is $65 and serves 2-4 guests.
