Palette Knife & Printmaking Workshop with Lemons

Celebrate Santa Barbara’s Lemon Festival with a dynamic, hands-on painting workshop at Draughtsmen Aleworks! Explore color theory, bold patterns, and dramatic texture as you create a high-contrast masterpiece using rich purple and vibrant yellow complementary tones.

Participants will sculpt with palette knives to build 3D texture on a focal lemon, sponge atmospheric backdrops, and stamp with fresh cut lemons to craft a custom pattern.

All materials—including canvases, acrylic paints, sponges, fresh lemons, and aprons—are provided. Open to adults ($55) and youth ages 12–18 ($45). Bring a friend and save $10 on registration! High Tide Member discounts are also available via the app.
