CLAIM YOUR PERSONAL POWER IN THIS FREE 75-MINUTE WOMEN’S WORKSHOP ✨
Santa Barbara-based Transformational Coach, Anna Reidenbach, MA, will guide you to explore a simple process to activate your unique magic, personal power, and brilliance. This will support you to know what you need and make choices that are in alignment with who you genuinely are, so that you can create more joy in your life and have the energy you need to reach higher.
To support your adventure, we’ll be accessing the power of the body and the nervous system (the somatic) in fun, unique, and magical ways.
This is a live, virtual workshop with a small, intimate group of women so it feels safe, warm, and sparkly. There are 2 time options: 10 am and 2 pm Pacific Time
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
If you can feel your potential glittering inside of you but, instead of shining brightly, these challenging times have you feeling stuck, anxious, or depleted, this is for you! This workshop is for anyone identifying as female, and is a safe space for all of our unique perspectives and journeys, and one where we believe that diversity is our greatest strength.
The intention is to create a community space for women to rise into our joy, power, and prosperity at this important time.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Anna Reidenbach, MA received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Latino Mental Health from Antioch University in Santa Barbara. She stayed on for their certificate program in Somatic Psychology and continued on to be a coach in 2018. She has been trained in Women-Centered Transformational Coaching and Positive Intelligence Coaching, and has held roles as a manager and teacher.
She loves to dance and, on her own life adventure, she grew up with a transgender parent back in the 1980s, and lived in Spain for 5 years in her early 30s. She is passionate about helping you discover your gifts, magic, and purpose so that you can make more money, enjoy your life, and change the world.
This is a community gathering and my greatest hope is that you meet like-minded people and receive genuine value that will help you on your life adventure.
