Every January 1st, people from all walks of life and all ages gather at the shoreline in Santa Barbara, California to take a group dip (at 11:30 am sharp!) in the beautiful Pacific Ocean, rain or shine! It’s a great way to start off the New Year!
Meet at the beach across Cabrillo Blvd. from the Hilton Hotel and the Chromatic Gate
Afterwards, we hang out on the beach, congratulate ourselves and have snacks and celebratory beverages.
Creative outfits are encouraged! Follow us and tell your friends!
Please bring cash, check, or digital donation to support our charity partner, Adam’s Angels.
We award commemorative buttons and certificates (while they last!) to all who fully submerge without a wetsuit.
What to bring: towel, swimsuit, warm clothes, re-useable cup, snacks, drinks…Arrive early and allow time for parking; the Dip is at 11:30 am sharp!
