Working in collaboration, Healing Opportunities with Blue North Acupuncture, will provide free acupuncture and acupressure treatments for groups and individuals utilizing a simple and accessible method of stress reduction know as the NADA Protocol.
The NADA Protocol is a governed protocol of ear acupuncture and acupressure developed by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association, to increase blood flow to the brain and balance the nervous system – therefore, addressing stress, fatigue, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and pain, – amongst other beneficial outcomes.

DESCRIPTION:
Open door community event featuring free ear acupuncture through Healing Opportunities’ Love is in the Ear Outreach Program, using the NADA Protocol. Treatments, demonstration, information and community connection are offered for all who attend. This is an inaugural event, introducing a quarterly outreach to bring the healing benefits of ear acupuncture to our community through the combined efforts of Healing Opportunities and Blue North Acupuncture. Light refreshments will be offered.
Healing Opportunities, a local nonprofit organization is focused on community well-being, with a mission to reduce the negative effects of stress and trauma in our community, particularly amongst caregivers.
Another Healing Opportunities quarterly virtual event, Sundays in Service, features a NADA demonstration and more on July 10th.
