To support those who have been affected by the events in Iran, proceeds will go directly to Norooz Foundation—a 501 (c) (3) non-profit public charity organization providing relief to Iranians who are victims of sustained social, political, religious and ethnic prosecution by the fundamentalist regime in Iran.

Join Anahita Navab Holden for a healing sound bath with 1:1 Reiki offered by Emma Patrick. Anahita will be sharing Persian songs as part of the sound bath, as a dedication of her love to her Iranian heritage and community. This is a community healing experience – a space for guided group connection, meditation and movement to offer healing energy to ourselves and the people of the Middle East.
