Join The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara for a one-of-a-kind dining experience in collaboration with Chef Rachel Haggstrom, Executive Chef of The Restaurant At JUSTIN. An acclaimed MICHELIN and MICHELIN Green Star-recognized dining destination, The Restaurant at JUSTIN is rooted in the bounty of California’s Central Coast.
Over two exclusive evenings, Chef Rachel will join The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara’s culinary team to curate an intimate, multi-course pre-fixe dining experience at the resort’s signature, Greek-inspired restaurant, Lulio. Each course will be complemented by thoughtfully selected wines from JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery. The two-night series will include:
- An intimate cocktail reception with Chef Rachel Haggstrom and Chef Roberto Riveros Leyton.
- A multi-course experience featuring a range of dishes including a Waldorf Tart with Schloch family blue cheese, grape, celery, and Paso Robles Walnuts; a first course Dry Aged Beef Tartare; Hokkaido Scallops; Liberty Farms duck breast; and Greek Coffee & Chocolate Petit Gâteau.
