The Santa Barbara Artificial Intelligence Salon (SB AI Salon) is a collection of well-informed professionals who meet periodically to discuss the state of Artificial Intelligence.

The LAB is a three-hour, roundtable brainstorming session between the executives of an organization and a handful of AI-knowledgeable professionals to discuss how they are – or could be – using AI.

The public is invited to observe.

The first organization looking to improve their AI adoption is Kate Farms:

Kate Farms was founded when a little girl named Kate Laver was failing to thrive because she couldn’t tolerate any of the available tube feeding formulas. Her determined parents, Richard and Michelle, had the transformative idea to develop a better formula using high quality, organic, plant-based ingredients without the common allergens and ingredients found in traditional formulas. Today, Kate is thriving, and Kate Farms is now the #1 recommended plant-based formula.

Through an omnichannel approach, we want to meet HCPs and consumers wherever they are in their health journey. We believe that the implementation of AI can help with this process. We hope that with the group’s broad expertise of AI, we can home in on some ideas that will allow us to integrate AI as we build out the omnichannel experience.
