A Chicago native, guitarist, singer, and songwriter Nick Moss was part of the Legendary Blues Band and the bands of blues greats Jimmy “Fast Fingers” Dawkins and Jimmy Rogers before starting his solo career. He has released fifteen highly praised albums, has been nominated for fifteen Blues Music Awards, and has won BMAs for Band of the Year, Song of the Year, and Traditional Male Blues Artist of the Year. His surprise guest appearance with Tommy Castro for the SBBS in May 2019 dazzled the crowd.
New Jersey native Dennis Gruenling is considered one of the best contemporary harmonica players. He has released several of his own albums, been with the Moss Band for eight years, and has won a BMA as Harmonica Player of the Year.
Doors will open at 7:00 PM; advance ticket purchasers will be allowed to enter at 6:45 PM. The band will play two sets, starting at 7:30 PM. The venue has an outdoor patio and a large, spring-loaded dance floor; beverages will be available.
