SB Jazz Society presents Latin Jazz!

Many of you have been asking when we were going to feature Latin Jazz. Well, that time has arrived! On Sunday, January 15, we present the Dennis Berger Quintet with the Martinez Bros and John Webb. Both John and Dennis are fine pianists as well as top saxophone players and plan to double on both. Ruben Martinez plays bass and flute with brothers Lorenzo on percussion and Rene on drums. If you like bossas, mambos and more, you’ll want to be there. We can promise that it will be an exciting afternoon of Latin Jazz!

Admission to the event is $20 for Jazz Society members, $10 for professional jazz musicians and singers and full time students, and $25 for non-members. Doors open at 12:30 and seating is limited, so plan to arrive early.

Of course, you can still join at our gigs, as in the past, where we will distribute membership cards.
