Come one, come all! Try out RUGBY with a bunch of kind, gregarious, encouraging, empowering girls and women who support each other on and off the pitch!
All ages and fitness levels/experiences welcome! Just bring athletic shoes/cleats, warm workout clothes, water, and a smile!
We’ll teach you how to safely fall, tackle, ruck, kick, score a try, and act like a Mermaid!
See you at the top of Elings Park Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 – 8:30 p.m.
