In honor of the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience, join Eliza Hoar, Director of Bars at Rosewood Miramar Beach for an intimate cocktail class celebrating the ingredients and spirits of the American Riviera and California. Inspired by The Manor Bar’s current menu, California’s Greatest Adventure, this experience offers a thoughtful exploration of flavor, technique, and place.

Guests will create signature cocktails while discovering the stories behind each ingredient, all within the refined setting of Chef’s Garden at Rosewood Miramar Beach.

A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts. Gratuity is included in the price of the ticket.
