Self Love Tea Meditation with PALMA Colectiva

Join PALMA Colectiva and Self Love Tea at Santa Barbara Botanic Garden on Tuesday, August 4, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. for a morning of ritual and reset. Together, we’ll experience an iced Self Love Tea ritual with Shannon Kim and a restorative sound bath with Meredith of PALMA, designed to help you slow down and return to yourself. As you speak your affirmations into your tea, guided by the intelligence of the herbs and the practice of infusing the water with your intentions, you’ll reconnect with how you want to feel and set your frequency for the day.

All set up included. Please bring a sun hat and water bottle if desired.

Refund Policy:

We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a 15% processing fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class start time are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
