Join Your SB Team featuring Arosa and Central Coast Home Health and Hospice for a supportive and informative seminar designed to help you better understand the care options available at home. They will walk through home care, care management, home health, and hospice services—when they are needed and how they work together.
Our goal is to provide clarity, comfort and guidance so you can plan with confidence.
We are also very excited to be joined by Katie Fritzke Pick, Community Liaison from Central Coast Home Health and Hospice, who will be speaking in depth about their in-home services.
