Welcome to sourdough pizza making! In this class, Chef Jeff will teach you how to shape 48-hour fermented dough into pizza crusts, how to top it with ingredients purchased directly from local farmers, and how to bake your creations into crispy pizza perfection. Elevate your pizza with a drizzle of il fustino olive oils and a dusting of global spices.
A portion of the proceeds from the Taste of Santa Barbara will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
