Join us for Wake Up With Wellness!! Morning wellness workshops in association with Taste Of The Santa Ynez Valley. We invite you to experience even more of what the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer.
Dedicate the morning to a little self-care and join us for “Spa Day “at the stunning Koehler Winery. Koehler Estate sits on 100 acres surrounded by rolling hills, a tranquil stream, and several magical alcoves. Our special alcove for the day will be taking place outside tasting room on a large sprawling lawn, shaded by an awning of tall pepper trees with views of the vineyard.
Your spa experience will begin with an essential oils workshop lead by Cathi Russell of SYV Essential Oils. You will be empowered with information on what essential oils are, learn about the benefits of and potent healing agents found in oils, as well as discover creative ways on how they can be used. Each participant will be guided in creating 3 roller bottle blends to take home. This workshop will leave you in awe of nature’s fragrant and powerful healing powers!
In our second workshop, you will join Heather Grace, of Heather Grace Skincare. In this workshop, you will learn the advantages of facial masks, different types of facial clays as well as the benefits of Hydrosols. Not only will you walk away the necessary information to obtain healthy and radiant skin, but you will also craft and customize your own 2oz jar of mud masks to enjoy at home.
Your morning will conclude with a light fair and a five flight tasting of Koehler’s premium estate-grown wines. Enjoy the natural elegance of this estate, while savoring Koehler wines, some of which are featured in the Wine Enthusiast magazine.
