ANNUAL JURY CALL TO ARTISTS
“Splash” encompasses interpretations from a sparkling glass of water to the splashdown of Artemis 2, a dive in the pool, a day at the beach, a hot bath, wildlife, environmental concerns and anything else you can imagine. Abstract and representational works are both welcome. Mediums including: oil, acrylic, collage, photography and mixed media. Please note no pedestal work.
JUROR OF AWARDS: Melinda Mettler
The artist is a fine art oil painter based in Santa Barbara with a focus in still life realism. Her background includes a two-decade long career as an advertising art director. Mettler holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Academy of Art University and is a member of the California Art Club, Women’s Caucus for Art and Oil Painters of America.
ENTRY DEADLINE: May 31, 12:00 PM
NOTIFICATION: By June 1
BEST OF SHOW: 3-month membership to SB Tennis Club
GUIDELINES FOR ENTRY: Artwork may not exceed 28”x 28”x 10” deep, including framing. Submissions: 72 DPI J-peg. Include: your name, title, medium, framed size, retail price.

Entry Fee: $35.00 first image, additional images $5.00 each.
PayPal invoice will follow your submissions.
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account, PayPal accepts credit cards.
GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTED WORKS:
Prints on Aluminum and panel are accepted.
Giclee’s on canvas are not accepted
Art must be properly wired picture wire using eye-screws or D-rings, no saw- tooth bracket’s will be accepted.
Proper picture wiring and quality frames will only be accepted.
Work will be disqualified at in gathering if not up to professional standards.
All works shall be for sale.
Gallery splits 60% to artist 40% to gallery.
