SB Krav Maga is hosting a FREE “Stop the Bleed” training, taught by highly trained Cottage Hospital professionals!
You’ll learn critical life-saving first-aid skills, including how to use a tourniquet.
If you ever go hiking and are far away from emergency services, if you’re a parent, if you do anything active – heck, if you’re a human being – these are critical skills to know.
And we’re bringing in the best to teach it.
