El Presidio de Santa Bárbara State Historic Park
Part of a statewide series of events in collaboration with CA State Parks! This free weekend event is an opportunity to learn about how SBTHP partners with State Parks and other organizations to preserve and connect with the Presidio Neighborhood’s past, present, and future.
Come by and see some of the ways stories can be told and passed on, such as through food, archaeological artifacts, oral history, painting, and traditional Chumash stories. You’ll also see some of the ways we conserve and protect resources, both natural and historical.
