Tails of Hope 2026!

TAILS OF HOPE offers an afternoon of fun in the sun to benefit the animals and people of Santa Barbara County!
Guests are treated to wine and nibbles; a silent auction; entertainment by The Bubble Guy and musician Charlie Clouse; tarot card readings; visits with rescue partner booths; smooches from adoptable dogs; AND — a live program featuring celebrity emcees John Corbett (“Sex & the City”, “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”) and Bo Derek (“10,” “Tommy Boy”) plus special appearance by Animal Planet star Shorty Rossi (“Pitboss”).
All proceeds go to help the animals and people served by Santa Barbara County Animal Services. Animal Services is responsible for ALL animal welfare in SB County — sheltering over 6000 animals each year; responding to stray and abandoned animals, injured wildlife, cruelty complaints, natural disasters; and providing safety net services to support struggling pet owners.
TAILS OF HOPE is hosted by the SBC Animal Care Foundation, the nonprofit partner responsible for helping raise money and implement programs in partnership with Animal Services. Sponsorships, tickets, and donations are all tax deductible to the maximum extended allowed by law.
