Gather under the stars in the Chef’s Garden on July 23rd for El Encanto’s Fostering Farmers Series celebrating coastal farms of land and sea. Executive Chef Alex Bollinger will team up with Michelin-starred Chef Scott Clark, author of Coastal: 130 Recipes from a California Road Trip, to cultivate awareness of California’s fertile culinary landscape and highlight coastal ingredients that reflect the cultural influences found along the Pacific Coast Highway through delectable cuisine, lively conversations and a panel of distinguished guest speakers, including Coastal co-author and journalist Betsy Andrews and photographer Cheyenne Ellis, Dunite Wines’ Tyler Eck, Spencer Marley of Marley Family Seaweeds and Devin Spencer of Cultured Abalone.
