Power of Your Om

Do you want to disconnect from the monkey-mind, connect to the wisdom of your body and experience a significant shift in your ability to feel and heal?

In order to manifest what we truly desire in our lives we must cultivate a body, mind and spirit that is open to receive.  In that state of receptivity, we are able to listen, to be guided and to move forward with more courage, clarity and certainty.

As a human collective, we’ve made so much happen in our life by our effort and rarely do we take the time to allow for the magic of simply ‘being’ to be enough.  But what if we pressed pause and made the space for it?

Maybe magic and miracles can happen.

This event is comprised of five parts:

Brief Informative Talk

Adrienne will share the scientific proprieties of sound, the magic mushroom and lessons she has learned from studying, living, integrating and listening.

Breathwork

You will be guided through a powerful breathwork practice that will enable you to disconnect from the monkey-mind, connect into the energy of your body and experience a significant shift in your ability to feel.

Movement set to Music

Using a curated playlist in combination with an intuitive-based vinyasa flow, you will journey through new inner landscapes of sensation and connection to your physical and emotional body as a powerful vessel that has the innate ability to heal.

Sound Meditation

All of this sets you up to receive.  The sound meditation will bring you into a uniquely altered state of consciousness, allowing you to disconnect from your habitual patterns of doing, thinking and feeling so that new patterns can be re-wired and you are left upgraded with a new operating system.

Connection

We will complete our time together by sharing individual experiences, thoughts and feelings while nourishing our body with snacks in a pot-luck gathering.
